The hotel/mansion was located in a stunning hilltop location with breathtaking views of the landscape and the ocean. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with private hallways and amazing views. The infinity pools were a highlight, offering unforgettable views of the ocean and surrounding nature. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel provided excellent security and transportation services.

The beach near the hotel had a lot of stones, which made it less enjoyable for swimming. The rooms, while beautiful in design, lacked functional space for unpacking clothes, which was a minor inconvenience.

Villa Caletas/Zephyr Palace is a true paradise with amazing views, privacy, and relaxation. Amazing experience during a romantic escape. The hotel's location up in the mountains offered breathtaking views. The complimentary shuttle service to a private beach was a great addition to our stay. We also enjoyed the privacy and uniqueness of the hotel's architecture.

There were no perks such as poolside drink or lunch service available. The room service was slow and it was sometimes difficult to get in touch with hotel staff.

There was a minor issue with the lighting in the room, which was quite dim, but this was easily overlooked due to the other fantastic amenities the hotel offers.

We loved being surrounded by nature, especially the lively birds that flew around. the view of the ocean from the hotel pool was unforgettable. the staff was attentive and accommodating. They made us feel pampered throughout our stay. We also appreciated the spacious room and the comfortable bed, which made our romantic escape even more special. It's a perfect place for couples who want to enjoy a peaceful and private getaway.

The location was a little remote, so we had to take a long car ride to get to the town and the beach. there were no local restaurants or cafes within walking distance;
